2. 100% Refund on Losing Months (SublimeMRR NQ Series Only): For our SublimeMRR NQ strategies (Starter, Silver, Gold, and Elite), we offer a 100% refund on your subscription fee for any verified losing month. We don't get paid unless you get paid. If a losing month occurs, you have two options: (a) take the refund and walk away with no further obligations, or (b) stay subscribed and let the strategy's built-in recovery mechanism work — in which case your fees are deferred until the strategy fully recovers, at which point all deferred fees become due as a lump sum. This policy does not apply if the loss was caused by equipment malfunction, technical failure, or infrastructure issues on your end, or if you were running the strategy in simulation rather than on a live funded account. Also, our products are sold in a Tiered Model to create a value ladder that further derisks your purchase. However, keep in mind that the lower tiers might fill up faster which then raises the cost of entry the longer you wait on the sidelines.

Each of our strategies goes through a rigorous 3-stage verification process before we ever offer it for sale — and then continues to be verified in the live market every single month after launch.

Stage 1 — Backtester to Playback: We code the strategy so that the results you see in the backtester can be independently verified by the results generated during playback for the same period. If these don't match, the strategy doesn't move forward.

Stage 2 — Playback to Simulation: We verify that the playback results are in sync with the results generated from simulated trading using live market data. This confirms the edge isn't a backtest artifact.

Stage 3 — Simulation to Live Market: We verify that the results from live market trading continue to match the simulation results — completing a logic chain that proves the backtester can be trusted as a reliable predictor of real-world performance.

Our strategies fall into two primary categories:

For Cashflow strategies: Your results will depend on when you made your purchase relative to the strategy's monthly cycle. If you subscribe before the first trade of the month, you can start generating cashflow from that month itself. If you subscribe after the strategy has already placed its trade for that month, you may need to wait until the following month — which means you might need to renew your subscription once before seeing your first profitable trade. This timing offset typically resolves itself within 1-2 months as your subscription cycle aligns with the trading cycle. For context, SublimeMRR NQ has hit its monthly profit quota every single month since 2017, so the question isn't if you'll see results — it's simply a matter of where in the cycle you enter.

For Compounding strategies: These are focused on market cycles rather than monthly frameworks. You might see trades within hours of setup, or you might wait days or weeks depending on market conditions. Initial trades may result in either profits or losses — these strategies compensate for slightly lower probability with much higher risk-to-reward ratios, leading to exponentially greater results over the long term at the cost of short-term stability.

In short, if you are aiming for consistent and stable returns, subscribe to a Cashflow bot. If you are aiming to create a large nest egg for a big expense in the future, subscribe to a Compounding bot. With the former you can see results within the span of a month; with the latter you can start seeing results in a few days or weeks — and within a year or two you will thank your former self for having finally pulled the trigger on that nice looking website with the long FAQ answers :)

In addition to taxes, if you are brand new to trading bots or NinjaTrader, there will be some additional expenses to plan for based on your unique circumstances.

The essentials: You will need a market data feed and a VPS (virtual private server) to run the bot 24/7 with low latency to the CME exchange. We recommend NinjaTrader's own data feed at $41/m and our partner QuantVPS at around $80/m — they have servers positioned in the Aurora area of Chicago, the closest a retail investor can get to the exchange, and they offer an official Magic Money server image configured by us personally for easy setup.

So on the bare minimum, our recommended setup will cost you $121/m.

Optional upgrades to keep more of your profits: You can reduce your NinjaTrader platform fees by purchasing their monthly plan for $99/m or their lifetime plan for $1,499 (one-time) for the lowest possible trading commissions. You can also further reduce slippage by upgrading to Kinetick's premium data feed at $78.75/m.

For higher-tier users ($500k+ in risk capital): We highly recommend a full security audit of your tech infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities before you go live. This can include de-googled devices, dedicated VPN connections to your VPS, hardware security keys, and hardware wallets for your 2FA setups — essentially making your trading infrastructure invisible and inaccessible to anyone but you. You can arrange this through an external agency you trust, or you can pay us $2k to get everything configured perfectly. For everyone else, NordVPN with a dedicated IP at around $9/m should be sufficient.

First and foremost, we want you to see results and we want you to make more money than what you pay us from the very beginning. With that in mind, here's what can go wrong if you deviate from our recommended setup:

Modifying default settings: We allow you to toggle profit/loss quotas, targets, and other settings within the strategies — both for transparency (so you can verify we've optimized them for your benefit) and to leave the door open for experienced traders to experiment. However, if you modify settings to try to extract vastly more money than the targets allow, actively interfere with trades as a non-professional, or deviate from the default/community settings, we can no longer assure your results, help you recover losses, or honor the 100% Refund on Losing Months policy. If you know what you're doing, by all means use our strategies as a supplement to your trading — but if you get greedy or game the system, we take no responsibility for your results.

Underfunding your account: The risk capital we recommend is slightly above the minimum threshold needed for the bots to function — this buffer exists to reduce the probability of account blowup. If you cut corners with this amount, we cannot assure results, help you recover from losses, or honor the losing month refund policy.

Skipping security recommendations: If you set up our bots on your own infrastructure and skip our security recommendations and checklists, we cannot assure results or help you recover from any losses if the bots malfunction or your funds get compromised in a hack.

Late subscription payments: Most of our licensing and Discord administration is handled by automated agents. If you are late with your subscription fees — whether in crypto or fiat — there is a real chance you will be removed from the system before the first trade of the month or before a highly profitable trade. We HIGHLY recommend clearing your subscription fees ahead of time, or consider the annual or lifetime plans if you can afford them, to prevent any interruptions to your cashflow.

Code of conduct violations: You will lose access to the community and the bots immediately if you:
— Subscribe using stolen funds or crypto obtained through illegal means
— Attempt to reverse engineer our strategies or break their encryption
— Sublease, resell, or redistribute the strategies or their signals
— Share or sell private information from the community Discord

Violations of intellectual property will result in blacklisting and legal action.
