This Digital Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines how Magic Money delivers its NinjaTrader trading bots, strategies, and related digital materials to customers. As we exclusively offer digital products with no physical shipping component, this policy explains our delivery processes, timeframes, and customer responsibilities.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT DELIVERY

All Magic Money products are delivered exclusively through digital means:

  1. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products
  2. All deliveries occur electronically via secure download links
  3. Delivery is automatic and triggered upon successful payment confirmation
  4. No shipping addresses are required or collected during checkout
  5. No shipping fees are charged for any purchase

IMPORTANT REFUND NOTICE: Please note that downloading the product completes the delivery process, even if you have not yet submitted your machine ID or completed activation. Once files are downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable as per our Refund Policy. The activation process is separate from delivery and does not affect refund eligibility.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY METHODS

Magic Money utilizes the following methods to deliver digital products:

  1. Primary Delivery: Secure download links sent to your registered email address
  2. Backup Access: Account dashboard access to your purchases (where applicable)
  3. Documentation: PDF installation and usage guides included with all products
  4. License Information: Digital license keys or activation instructions included in delivery emails
  5. Activation Guidance: PDF documentation includes instructions for submitting your machine ID for strategy activation and Discord community access

All download links are secured and may require authentication before access is granted. Please note that downloading the files is only the first step - you must complete the activation process outlined in the documentation to fully utilize your purchase.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Our digital delivery process is designed to be immediate and automated:

  1. Download links are typically sent within minutes of successful purchase completion
  2. Payment confirmation emails are sent immediately upon transaction completion
  3. Maximum waiting time for delivery should not exceed 24 hours under normal circumstances
  4. Subscription renewals grant immediate continued access to products without interruption

Important: In rare cases involving cryptocurrency payments, slight delays may occur while awaiting blockchain confirmation. These delays are typically resolved within 60 minutes.

SECTION 5 - TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To successfully receive and use our digital products, ensure you have:

SECTION 6 - POST-DELIVERY ACTIVATION

After downloading your purchased files, additional steps are required to activate and fully utilize your Magic Money products:

REFUND ELIGIBILITY REMINDER: Downloading the product completes the delivery process for refund purposes. Once files are downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable regardless of whether you have completed the activation steps described below.

NinjaTrader Integration:

  • You must upload the downloaded ZIP files to your NinjaTrader installation
  • Specific upload instructions are included in the PDF documentation
  • Improper installation may result in strategy malfunction

Machine ID Activation:

  • Each license must be activated for your specific NinjaTrader installation
  • The PDF documentation includes a link to our activation form
  • You must submit your unique machine ID through this form
  • Strategy activation typically occurs within 24 hours of machine ID submission
  • Your purchase is limited to use on a single machine at a time

Discord Community Access:

  • Access to our exclusive Discord community is included with your purchase
  • You must submit your Discord ID through the same activation form
  • You will be assigned appropriate channel access based on your purchase type
  • Discord access enables you to receive trade alerts and community support

Trading Activity Expectations:

After completing the activation process, please note the following regarding trading activity:

  1. Cashflow Strategies: These strategies place only 1-3 trades per month based on market conditions, not your subscription date. You may need to maintain your subscription for multiple billing cycles before experiencing trading activity or profitable trades.
  2. Compounding Strategies: While these typically place trades more frequently than Cashflow strategies, the timing of trade execution remains dependent on market conditions.
  3. Activation vs. Trading: Successfully activating your strategy ensures it's properly installed and configured, but does not guarantee immediate trading activity. Trading occurs according to strategy parameters and market conditions, not activation timing.
  4. Monitoring: We recommend regularly checking your NinjaTrader platform and joining our Discord community to stay informed about trading activity and strategy updates.

You understand and acknowledge that your subscription payment is for access to our trading strategies, not a guarantee of specific trading activity or profits within any particular timeframe.

Failure to complete these post-delivery activation steps will prevent your strategies from functioning properly and limit your access to community resources.

SECTION 7 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  1. Providing a correct and functioning email address during checkout
  2. Ensuring your email system does not block or filter our delivery emails
  3. Checking spam/junk folders if delivery emails are not found in your inbox
  4. Downloading and saving your purchased files promptly
  5. Maintaining your own backup copies of all purchased digital products
  6. Following the activation instructions provided in the documentation
  7. Submitting accurate machine ID and Discord information
  8. Meeting the technical requirements necessary to use our products
  9. Contacting support if you experience delivery or activation issues

Magic Money is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, spam filtering, or other issues outside our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for activation delays or failures due to submission of incorrect machine IDs or Discord information.

SECTION 8 - SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY

For subscription-based products:

  1. Initial Delivery: Download links for the current version are sent immediately upon first purchase
  2. Updates: New versions or updates are made available through your account dashboard
  3. Renewal Confirmation: Email confirmation of subscription renewal and continued access
  4. Expiration Notices: Automatic notifications prior to subscription expiration
  5. Reactivation: Upon renewal after lapse, new download links will be provided
  6. Machine ID Persistence: Your machine ID activation persists throughout your subscription period
  7. Discord Access: Your Discord community access remains active as long as your subscription is current

Your access to updates, support, and Discord community is tied to your active subscription status. If your subscription lapses, your strategy will cease functioning and your Discord access will be restricted until renewal.

SECTION 9 - SECURITY MEASURES

To protect our intellectual property and ensure secure delivery:

  1. Download links may expire after a certain period (typically 7 days) for security purposes
  2. We reserve the right to limit the number of download attempts per purchase
  3. Download access may be linked to specific IP addresses or devices
  4. Files may include digital watermarks or license verification mechanisms
  5. Each purchase is licensed for use on a single NinjaTrader installation only
  6. Machine ID verification ensures strategies only function on authorized systems
  7. Sharing download links, machine IDs, or redistributing our products violates our Terms of Service
  8. Attempts to circumvent licensing or machine ID verification will result in immediate termination of access

SECTION 10 - TROUBLESHOOTING

If you experience delivery or activation issues:

Delivery Issues:

  • Check spam/junk folders for delivery emails
  • Whitelist magicmoney.cash in your email settings
  • Verify your account dashboard for purchase access
  • Confirm payment was successfully processed

Activation Issues:

  • Verify you've submitted the correct machine ID (from NinjaTrader's Machine ID tool)
  • Ensure you've followed all installation steps in the documentation
  • Check that your Discord ID is entered correctly (including any numbers)
  • Confirm you've uploaded the ZIP files to the correct NinjaTrader directory

Strategy Not Working:

  • Verify your subscription is current and not expired
  • Confirm your machine ID matches the one submitted for activation
  • Ensure you're using a compatible version of NinjaTrader
  • Check that all components have been properly installed

If the above steps don't resolve your issue, contact support with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and screenshots if applicable.

SECTION 11 - POLICY UPDATES

Magic Money reserves the right to modify this Digital Delivery Policy at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our digital products following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
