POLICY HIERARCHY

This Cancellation Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Refund Policy takes precedence for matters involving payments. For issues related to subscription access and functionality, the Terms of Service will govern.

SUBSCRIPTION TIMING AND BILLING CYCLE

Our trading bots are designed to deliver specific trading experiences based on strategy type:

  1. Subscription Start Date: Your subscription period begins on the date of purchase.
  2. Subscription Duration:
    • Monthly Subscription: 30 days from date of purchase
    • Annual Subscription: 365 days from date of purchase
    • Lifetime Subscription: 20 years from date of purchase
  3. Renewal Date: For monthly subscriptions, renewal occurs on the same calendar date each month. For example, if you purchase on April 15th, your subscription will renew on May 15th, June 15th, and so on. Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your purchase date.
  4. Strategy Types and Trading Frequency:
    • Cashflow Strategies: Due to their low-frequency nature (1-3 trades monthly), you may need to maintain your subscription through multiple billing cycles before experiencing profitable trades.
    • Compounding Strategies: These typically place trades more frequently but are still dependent on market conditions for timing.
  5. Important: Your subscription payment grants access to our trading strategies, not a guarantee of specific trading activity or profits within any particular timeframe. It is your responsibility to maintain an active subscription to receive trade signals. There are no grace periods or partial month prorations.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription using credit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods that enable automatic renewal:

  1. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month (for monthly subscriptions) or on the anniversary of your purchase (for annual subscriptions)
  2. Your payment method will be charged the current subscription rate at renewal time
  3. You can cancel automatic renewals at any time through the following methods:
    • Log into your account on our website
    • Navigate to "Subscription Management" in your account dashboard
    • Select the subscription you wish to manage
    • Choose "Cancel Subscription" to prevent future renewals

Alternatively, you may email support@magicmoney.cash with your cancellation request. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your account.

Important Notes on Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only
  2. You will maintain access to all purchased products and updates until the end of your current billing period
  3. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of your current billing period
  4. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date
  5. You may reactivate a canceled subscription at any time before expiration through your account dashboard

Manual Renewal Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased using cryptocurrency (SolanaPay, Crypto.com) and other designated payment methods:

  1. Your subscription is not automatically renewed
  2. You must manually purchase a renewal before your current subscription period ends
  3. No formal cancellation is necessary as there are no automatic charges
  4. If you choose not to renew, simply ignore renewal notification emails
  5. Your access will expire automatically at the end of your current subscription period
  6. You may renew at any time after expiration, but current pricing will apply

Lifetime Subscriptions

Lifetime subscriptions provide access to products and updates for a 20-year period:

  1. Your subscription provides access for a 20-year period from the date of purchase
  2. After the 20-year period expires, renewal will be required to maintain access
  3. You will be notified prior to the expiration of your 20-year period with renewal options
  4. The subscription is not perpetual and will not continue automatically beyond the 20-year period without renewal

CANCELLATION OF INCOMPLETE PURCHASES

If you have initiated but not completed a purchase:

  1. For pending or incomplete transactions, you may cancel by simply abandoning the checkout process
  2. No charges will be applied to your payment method until the purchase is finalized
  3. For cryptocurrency payments initiated but not confirmed on the blockchain, you may cancel by not completing the transaction within the specified time window

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Our refund policy strictly limits refund eligibility as follows:

  1. Initial purchases are refundable ONLY within the first 24 hours AND ONLY if files have not been downloaded
  2. ALL subscription renewal payments (both automatic and manual) are 100% non-refundable
  3. Cancellation of an auto-renewal subscription prevents future charges but does not refund any portion of your current subscription period
  4. For SublimeMRR NQ series subscribers: If you are canceling during a recovery period under the 100% Refund on Losing Months policy (Section 4.5 of the Refund Policy), all previously deferred subscription fees are forgiven upon exit. You owe nothing further. However, once you exit the recovery path, you cannot retroactively re-enter it for the same losing month event.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Magic Money reserves the right to terminate user accounts in cases of:

  1. Violation of our Terms of Service
  2. Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
  3. Abuse of our subscription system or digital products
  4. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of our products

In the event of account termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued for any portion of your subscription.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Magic Money reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our subscription services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
