REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription purchases made from Magic Money. By purchasing our subscription products, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service. Magic Money provides digital subscription services including but not limited to NinjaTrader trading bots, strategies, and related digital materials on a monthly, annual, or lifetime (20-year) basis.

SECTION 2 - SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY

Upon successful completion of your subscription purchase, you will receive:

  1. Immediate access to download the current version of our trading strategy/bot
  2. Access to accompanying PDF documentation with installation and usage instructions
  3. A secure download link delivered to the email address provided during registration
  4. Access to updates and support for the duration of your active subscription

All digital products are delivered via secure download links. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that your email system does not filter our communications as spam.

For lifetime subscriptions, you will have access to the product and updates for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTION TYPES AND BILLING

Magic Money offers the following subscription options:

  1. Monthly Subscription: Access to services for one month from date of purchase
  2. Annual Subscription: Access to services for one year from date of purchase
  3. Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment granting access for 20 years

3.1 Subscription Period and Renewal

Magic Money offers subscription access to our trading strategies based on the following terms:

  1. Subscription Period: Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and continues for the duration of your selected plan:
    • Monthly: 30 days from purchase date
    • Annual: 365 days from purchase date
    • Lifetime: 20 years from purchase date
  2. Renewal Timing: For monthly and annual subscriptions, renewals occur on the same calendar date. For example, if you purchase on the 15th of the month, renewals will occur on the 15th of each subsequent month (or year for annual plans).
  3. Strategy Types and Trading Activity:
    • Cashflow Strategies: These place 1-3 trades per month based on market conditions, not your subscription date. Due to this low frequency, you may need to maintain your subscription for multiple billing cycles before experiencing profitable trades.
    • Compounding Strategies: These typically place trades more frequently but timing remains dependent on market conditions.
  4. Important: Your subscription payment grants access to our trading strategies, not a guarantee of specific trading activity or profits within any particular subscription period. If you fail to renew your subscription on time, your license will be immediately deactivated.

3.2 Subscription Billing Methods

Depending on your selected payment method, your subscription may operate in one of two ways:

3.2.1 Manual Renewal Subscriptions

For cryptocurrency payments (SolanaPay, Crypto.com) and other designated payment methods:

  1. Your subscription is not automatically renewed
  2. You must manually purchase a renewal before your current subscription period ends to maintain uninterrupted access
  3. You will receive email reminders before your subscription expires
  4. If you fail to renew, your access will be suspended until payment is received
  5. There is no automatic billing or charges to your payment method

3.2.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

For credit card, PayPal, and other supported payment methods:

  1. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  2. Your payment method will be charged the current subscription rate
  3. You can cancel automatic renewals at any time through your account dashboard
  4. Cancellation will prevent future charges but maintain access until the end of your current billing period

For all subscription types, you acknowledge that subscription fees may change over time, and renewal rates may differ from your original purchase price.

SECTION 4 - REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our subscription products, our refund policy is strictly limited. Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Download link was not received within 24 hours of purchase despite providing a correct email address
  2. The delivered files are corrupted or technically unusable when using the recommended system specifications
  3. The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent (subject to verification)
  4. The product received is materially different from what was specifically advertised on our website

IMPORTANT: Refund eligibility applies ONLY to your initial purchase and ONLY within the first 24 hours of that purchase. Once you have downloaded our files or the 24-hour period has passed, your initial purchase becomes non-refundable. Additionally, ALL subsequent renewal payments (whether manual or automatic) are completely non-refundable under ANY circumstances.

SECTION 4.5 - 100% REFUND ON LOSING MONTHS (SUBLIMEMRR NQ SERIES ONLY)

In addition to the initial purchase refund window described in Section 4, Magic Money offers a performance-based refund policy exclusively for subscribers of the SublimeMRR NQ series (SublimeMRR Starter, Silver, Gold, and Elite). This policy does not apply to any other Cashflow strategies, Compounding strategies, or future products unless explicitly stated. We don't get paid unless you get paid.

4.5.1 Policy Overview

If the SublimeMRR NQ strategy produces a net losing month (defined as a month where the strategy's total realized profit and loss is negative), the subscriber is entitled to a 100% refund of that month's subscription fee. This policy applies to all subscription plans: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime.

4.5.2 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a losing month refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The subscriber must be running the strategy on default settings as provided by Magic Money
  2. The subscriber must have maintained an active, uninterrupted subscription throughout the losing month
  3. The subscriber must have maintained the recommended risk capital in their NinjaTrader account throughout the losing month
  4. The losing month must be confirmed by Magic Money's official records and verified against NinjaTrader trade data
  5. The subscriber must not have manually interfered with, overridden, or modified any trades placed by the strategy during the losing month
  6. The losing month must not have been caused, in whole or in part, by equipment malfunction, technical failure, internet outage, VPS downtime, power loss, NinjaTrader platform issues, data feed interruptions, or any other infrastructure failure on the subscriber's end. The strategy must have been running continuously and without interruption on properly functioning equipment throughout the entire month.
  7. The strategy must have been running on a live, funded NinjaTrader account with real capital at risk. Losses incurred on simulation, playback, demo, or paper trading accounts do not qualify for this refund under any circumstances.

Subscribers who have modified default settings, manually intervened in trades, failed to maintain recommended risk capital levels, experienced losses due to equipment or infrastructure failures on their end, or were running the strategy in simulation rather than on a live funded account are not eligible for this refund.

4.5.3 Refund Mechanics — Monthly Subscribers

For monthly subscription holders:

  1. Upon confirmation of a losing month, the subscriber's subscription fee for that month will be refunded in full
  2. The subscriber may then choose one of two paths:
    • EXIT: Accept the refund and discontinue the subscription. This is a clean break — no further obligations exist on either side.
    • CONTINUE WITH RECOVERY: Remain subscribed to take advantage of the strategy's built-in recovery mechanism. If the subscriber chooses this path:
      • All subscription fees for subsequent months will be deferred (not charged) until the strategy has fully recovered from the losing month
      • "Full recovery" is defined as the point at which the strategy's cumulative profit and loss returns to or exceeds the level it was at before the losing month occurred
      • Once full recovery is confirmed, all deferred subscription fees become due immediately as a single lump sum payment
      • The lump sum payment must be made via a special payment link provided by Magic Money, payable in cryptocurrency, consistent with our standard payment methods
      • Failure to pay the lump sum within 14 days of the recovery confirmation will result in suspension of the subscription and community access until payment is received

4.5.4 Refund Mechanics — Annual Subscribers

For annual subscription holders:

  1. Upon confirmation of a losing month, the subscriber is entitled to a refund equivalent to one month's prorated portion of their annual subscription fee (calculated as the annual fee divided by 12)
  2. The subscriber may then choose one of two paths:
    • EXIT: Accept the prorated refund. The subscriber retains access for the remainder of their current annual period but will not be entitled to further losing month refunds for the same annual period after exiting
    • CONTINUE WITH RECOVERY: Remain subscribed to take advantage of the strategy's built-in recovery mechanism. If the subscriber chooses this path:
      • Additional monthly prorated portions will be deferred for each subsequent month until full recovery is achieved
      • Once full recovery is confirmed, all deferred amounts become due immediately as a single lump sum payment via cryptocurrency
      • If the subscriber's annual renewal date falls during the recovery period, the deferred balance will be offset against the renewal payment
      • Failure to pay the lump sum within 14 days of the recovery confirmation will result in suspension of subscription and community access until payment is received

4.5.5 Refund Mechanics — Lifetime Subscribers

For lifetime subscription holders:

  1. Upon confirmation of a losing month, the subscriber is entitled to a refund equivalent to one month's imputed subscription value (calculated as the lifetime subscription fee divided by 240, representing the 20-year/240-month access period)
  2. The subscriber may then choose one of two paths:
    • EXIT: Accept the imputed monthly refund. The subscriber retains lifetime access but will not be entitled to further losing month refunds after exiting
    • CONTINUE WITH RECOVERY: Remain subscribed to take advantage of the strategy's built-in recovery mechanism. If the subscriber chooses this path:
      • Additional monthly imputed portions will be deferred for each subsequent month until full recovery is achieved
      • Once full recovery is confirmed, all deferred amounts become due immediately as a single lump sum payment via cryptocurrency
      • Failure to pay the lump sum within 14 days of the recovery confirmation will result in suspension of subscription and community access until payment is received

4.5.6 Important Clarifications

  1. This policy applies exclusively to the SublimeMRR NQ series (Starter, Silver, Gold, and Elite). It does not apply to any other Cashflow strategies, Compounding strategies, or future products unless explicitly stated in their product descriptions.
  2. A "losing month" is determined by Magic Money's official trading records, not by the subscriber's individual account performance, which may differ due to configuration, timing, or execution differences.
  3. The 100% Refund on Losing Months policy covers subscription fees only. It does not cover, reimburse, or compensate for any trading losses, drawdowns, or reduction in account value.
  4. This policy does not override or replace any other provision of the Refund Policy. The 24-hour initial purchase refund window (Section 4) remains a separate and independent policy.
  5. Magic Money reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future losing months only and will not retroactively affect refunds or deferrals already in progress.
  6. In the unlikely event of consecutive losing months, each losing month is treated independently under this policy. Deferred fees accumulate and the full lump sum covers all deferred months once recovery is complete.
  7. If a subscriber on the CONTINUE WITH RECOVERY path decides to exit before full recovery is achieved, all previously deferred fees are forgiven. The subscriber owes nothing further upon exit.

SECTION 5 - SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Understanding how to manage your subscription depends on your payment method:

5.1 Managing Manual Renewal Subscriptions

For cryptocurrency and other manual renewal methods:

  1. You will receive email notifications when your subscription is approaching expiration
  2. To maintain access, you must complete the renewal purchase before your current period ends
  3. There is no need to "cancel" as there are no automatic charges
  4. If you choose not to renew, simply ignore renewal notifications and your access will expire automatically
  5. After expiration, you may renew at any time to restore access, but you may be subject to current pricing

5.2 Managing Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

For credit cards, PayPal and other auto-renewing methods:

  1. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  2. Cancellation prevents future charges but maintains access until the end of your current billing period
  3. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date
  4. If you wish to resume a canceled subscription, you can reactivate it through your account dashboard

Important: Canceling or not renewing your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any current or previous billing periods.

This policy is governed by our Terms of Service and subject to local consumer protection laws where applicable.

SECTION 6 - NO REFUNDS AFTER INITIAL 24 HOURS

Important Notice: By downloading or accessing our digital subscription products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. No refunds will be issued once the files have been downloaded and the initial 24-hour period has elapsed
  2. No refunds will be provided based on trading performance, profitability, or market conditions, except as specifically provided under Section 4.5 (100% Refund on Losing Months for the SublimeMRR NQ series)
  3. No refunds will be issued due to compatibility issues not specified in our product requirements
  4. No refunds will be granted due to user error in configuration or usage
  5. No refunds will be provided based on subjective assessments of product value
  6. ALL subscription renewal payments are 100% non-refundable - this includes both:
    • Auto-renewal subscription charges, even if you forgot to cancel
    • Manual renewal purchases you deliberately made to extend your license
  7. The fact that you previously downloaded and used our product means that ALL future renewal payments are non-refundable, without exception
  8. Failure to use the service during your subscription period does not entitle you to a refund

SECTION 7 - REFUND PROCESS

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited circumstances outlined in Section 4, please:

  1. Contact support@magicmoney.cash within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase
  2. Include your order number and detailed description of the specific issue encountered
  3. Provide any relevant error messages or screenshots demonstrating the technical issue
  4. Do not download the files while your refund request is being processed

Our team will verify that the files have not been downloaded and will investigate your claim. Valid refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENT-SPECIFIC REFUND CONSIDERATIONS

8.1 Credit Card and PayPal Subscriptions

Approved refunds for purchases made via credit card or PayPal will be issued to the original payment method. PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

8.2 Cryptocurrency Subscriptions (SolanaPay and Crypto.com)

For subscription purchases made using cryptocurrency:

  1. Refunds will only be issued to the original wallet address that initiated the transaction
  2. Refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase
  3. The refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value of the purchase at the time of the original transaction, not the current market value of the cryptocurrency
  4. Transaction fees associated with blockchain transactions cannot be refunded
  5. Processing time for cryptocurrency refunds may vary depending on network conditions
  6. We do not adjust refund values based on cryptocurrency market volatility or exchange rate changes occurring after purchase

Magic Money is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of purchase and the time of refund. Once a crypto transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the USD-equivalent value is locked for refund calculation purposes.

SECTION 9 - SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTIONS

Lifetime subscriptions (20-year access) are subject to the following additional terms:

  1. Lifetime subscriptions are eligible for refund only within the first 24 hours after purchase and before download
  2. After the initial 24-hour period, lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances
  3. Lifetime subscription access is guaranteed for 20 years from the date of purchase
  4. After the 20-year period, lifetime subscriptions will require renewal to maintain access
  5. Lifetime subscription may not be transferred to another user or account without express written permission from Magic Money
  6. In the event that Magic Money ceases operations before the conclusion of your 20-year access period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a downloadable version of the most current software, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period

SECTION 10 - NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Files have been downloaded, accessed, or installed
  2. The 24-hour window for refund requests has expired
  3. Trading results differ from expectations or historical performance (except for verified losing months on the SublimeMRR NQ series as outlined in Section 4.5)
  4. Market conditions have changed
  5. You have changed your mind about the strategy or its approach
  6. You found a similar product elsewhere
  7. You lack the technical expertise to use the product
  8. You failed to read the product description or system requirements
  9. You violated any portion of our Terms of Service
  10. You modified the default settings and experienced negative results
  11. For auto-renewal subscriptions, you failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  12. For manual renewal subscriptions, you completed a renewal purchase and later decided you didn't want it
  13. You are requesting a refund for a partial subscription period after using the service
  14. You failed to manually renew your subscription and experienced a gap in service
  15. You experienced trading losses during your subscription period (except for verified losing months on the SublimeMRR NQ series as outlined in Section 4.5)
  16. Your chosen strategy has not yet placed trades during your subscription period due to market conditions or strategy timing
  17. You purchased a Cashflow strategy and need to maintain your subscription for multiple billing cycles before seeing trading activity
  18. Trading results don't meet your personal profit expectations or timeframe expectations
  19. You failed to understand the difference between Cashflow and Compounding strategies and their different trading frequencies

SECTION 11 - EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMER NOTICE

For customers located in the European Union: By purchasing and downloading our digital subscription products, you expressly agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the digital content download begins. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).

For subscription services, you acknowledge that:

  1. The right of withdrawal is waived once you begin downloading or accessing the digital content
  2. For auto-renewing subscriptions, you maintain the right to cancel future renewals at any time
  3. Cancellation of future renewals does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

SECTION 12 - SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT AND CANCELLATION

12.1 For Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

To manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscription:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Navigate to "Subscription Management" in your account dashboard
  3. Select the subscription you wish to manage
  4. Choose "Cancel Subscription" to prevent future renewals

Alternatively, you may email support@magicmoney.cash with your cancellation request. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your account.

Important Notes on Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not terminate access to your current subscription period
  2. You will maintain access until the end of your current billing period
  3. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
  4. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date

12.2 For Manual Renewal Subscriptions

For manually renewed subscriptions (typically cryptocurrency payments):

  1. No cancellation is necessary as your subscription will not automatically renew
  2. You will receive email notifications before your subscription expires
  3. To continue service, you must complete a renewal purchase before expiration
  4. If you do not wish to continue, simply take no action and your access will expire at the end of your current period
  5. You will receive no additional charges unless you actively choose to renew

SECTION 13 - DISPUTE PREVENTION

To ensure satisfaction with your subscription purchase:

  1. Read the complete product description before purchasing
  2. Review all system requirements and compatibility information
  3. Ensure your email address is correct at checkout
  4. Check your spam/junk folders for delivery emails
  5. Download your files immediately upon receipt
  6. Maintain your own backup copies of all files
  7. For auto-renewal subscriptions, note the renewal date and set a reminder if you wish to cancel
  8. For manual renewal subscriptions, pay attention to expiration notifications
  9. Keep your payment methods updated if using auto-renewal
  10. Understand that trading performance depends on market conditions and your configuration

SECTION 14 - SUBSCRIPTION LAPSE AND REINSTATEMENT

14.1 Manual Renewal Subscription Lapse

If you fail to renew your manual subscription before it expires:

  1. Your access to the service will be suspended immediately upon expiration
  2. You may reinstate service by purchasing a renewal at any time
  3. Current pricing will apply to any new purchase or renewal
  4. There may be a gap in service between expiration and renewal
  5. No refunds will be issued for any period of lapsed service
  6. Magic Money is not responsible for any missed trading opportunities or losses during periods of lapsed service
  7. Any renewal purchase after having previously downloaded our product is non-refundable

14.2 Auto-Renewal Subscription Failure

If your auto-renewal payment fails:

  1. We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over a 5-day period
  2. You will receive notification of payment failure
  3. If payment cannot be processed, your service will be suspended
  4. You may update your payment information and reactivate service at any time
  5. No refunds will be issued for any period of suspended service
  6. Any renewal charge after having previously downloaded our product is non-refundable

SECTION 15 - SUMMARY OF NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

To summarize our refund policy in the clearest possible terms:

  1. Initial Purchase: Refundable ONLY within the first 24 hours AND ONLY if you have not downloaded the files
  2. After Download: Once you download our product, your purchase becomes completely non-refundable

By making any renewal payment (whether manual or automatic), you explicitly acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable extension of your license.

Magic Money reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our subscription services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
